Operations Coordinator (by activity zones)


  • To monitor the work of edutainers (playroom guides) in the activity zones and give feedback on the main elements of action and role-playing
  • To examine the use and implementation of appropriate operating scenario in accordance with the operating instructions of the enterprise
  • To accept customer complaints, to find solutions or forward them to the head of the enterprise or the relevant department
  • To coordinate staff support for bracelets during entry and exit
  • Implementation and support of marketing activities in enterprises


  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Pedagogy, Communication and Psychology
  • 3 years of experience in customer service or amusement parks
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English and Russian
  • Ability to work in shifts, on weekends and with difficult clients (adults and children)
  • Ability to perform tasks with small intervals
